What's included in your A$3,000 setup fee
Charged once per workspace, on top of your chosen monthly plan — however many agents you run, and not charged again when you add more. Invoiced separately by our team once your onboarding call is booked, so it isn't taken at signup. This covers the standard agent setup; advanced custom workflows are priced separately under Flow+.

- Agents sleep when they're idle and are charged hourly for what they use: storage alone while asleep (the low end) up to the full rate if awake all month (the high end).
- Flow+ runs around the clock so schedules and webhooks always fire, so it's the full rate — taken from your workspace credit a month in advance, until you delete it.
- Both are paid from workspace credit; A$ figures are what that credit costs at today's top-up price. Extra storage adds 90,000 credits per GB a month. AI usage (chat replies, Flow+ AI nodes) is paid separately from credit.
